everything I'd learned I abruptly dropped.
I'd seen the woods and its shining arches,
and wandered down the road to the open sea.

The coldness unfolds over stats and charts
as my love is sold to consuming hearts.
And while I prepare words with little meaning,
they classify my work for the western world.

*Fredo Viola es un cantante, compositor y artista multimedia. Nació en Londres, pero ha residido en los Estados Unidos la mayor parte de su vida. Actualmente vive en Woodstock.
Se graduó en la Escuela Tisch de Cine, pero siempre ha sido más apasionado de la música.
Logró su primer éxito en internet, a través de "YouTube", con "The Sad Song" en 2004. En 2007 firmó con el sello francés "Because Music". Lanzó su primer álbum en diciembre de 2008.
A finales de 2007, Fredo dedicó su atención a una larga serie de actuaciones en directo sobre su trabajo digital que él llamó "los vídeos de racimo", por la liberación de un video cada mes en su página web.
A finales de 2008, en colaboración con un equipo de diseño de "Flash", lanzó una página web interactiva llamado "Aer Visual Studio", que también cumple la función de mostrar sus nuevos vídeos interactivos. Los videos vienen en formas inusuales (circulares, hexagonales, así como rectangulares de pantalla ancha), y se puede activar durante la reproducción.
